摘鉤機器人在貫通式雙車翻車機系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用

[摘 要]針對翻車機系統(tǒng)未實現(xiàn)全自動問題,研發(fā)并應(yīng)用了火車摘鉤人并融入貫通式雙車翻車機生產(chǎn)流程,最終實現(xiàn)了翻車機系統(tǒng)的全自動運行。摘鉤機器人的應(yīng)用替代人工操作,避免了安全風(fēng)險,并且切實提高了生產(chǎn)效率。

Application of Hook Picking Robot in Through-type Double-car Dμmper System

[Abstract]In view of the problem that the dμmper system is not fully automatic, this paper develops and applies the train picker and integrates it into the production process of the through-type double-car dμmper, and finally realizes the fully automatic operation of the dμmper system. The application of the hook picking robot replaces manual operation, avoids safety risks, and effectively improves production efficiency.
