裝箱算法在卷煙配載驗(yàn)證系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用

[摘    要]針對(duì)上海煙草儲(chǔ)運(yùn)公司實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)需求開(kāi)發(fā)了卷煙自動(dòng)配載及驗(yàn)證系統(tǒng)，設(shè)計(jì)了一種卷煙裝車驗(yàn)證算法，根據(jù)選擇的訂單及車輛信息，驗(yàn)證是否能成功裝車，并生成裝車圖，以指導(dǎo)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)裝車。通過(guò)實(shí)際訂單數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)算法進(jìn)行測(cè)試，證明了算法的有效性，可以保證裝車一次成功率并提高單車滿載率。

Application of Packing Algorithm in Cigarette Packing Verification System

[Abstract]According to the actual business needs of Shanghai Tobacco Storage and Transportation Company， this paper develops an automatic cigarette loading and verification system， and designs a cigarette loading verification algorithm. According to the selected order and vehicle information， it is verified whether the loading can be successful， and the loading is generated. Picture， used to guide on-site loading. The algorithm is tested through actual order data to prove the effectiveness of the algorithm， which can ensure the first-time success rate of loading and increase the full load rate of bicycles.

隨著上海煙草集團(tuán)產(chǎn)銷規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大，客戶對(duì)卷煙的需求朝著多樣化、小批量、多頻次和個(gè)性化方向發(fā)展，不僅花式煙品種規(guī)格增加，拼車訂單也逐年遞增，導(dǎo)致卷煙配載業(yè)務(wù)的復(fù)雜程度與日俱增。（剩余3344字）
