Abstract：To provide a reference for the sustainable development of aquatic living resources in the Yangtze River basin，started from the current situation of aquatic biological resources in the Yangtze River and the threats of aquatic biological resources in the Yangtze River basin，including over fishing，water pollution，the maintenance and management of aquatic biological resources under the background of theYangtze River protection were explored， and specific implementation strategies were put forward.
