[Abstract]KneeOsteoarthritis （KOA）isaprevalentchronic jointdisorder，thepathogenesisof which iscloselyasociated withmitochondrialdysfunctionandtheimbalanceof"mysteriousmansion（thegatewaysofqiascending，descending，exitingand enteringinthebody）qiandfluids"inChineseMedicine.Thisstudyintegratesthemechanismofmitochondrialqualitycontrolwith the TCMtheoryof "mysterious mansion-qiandfluids"to proposeanoveltherapeuticappoach forKOA.Threecore TCMtreatment methodsare introduced：using pungent-dispersingmedicines toopen mysteriousmansion，eliminatingdampnessandunblocking collateralstosmothmysteriousmansion，andeploingtoifyingmethodtohancemysteriousmansionsfunction.Byrgulating theopeningandclosingoftheXuanFu，itpromotestheoperationofQi，bloodandbodyfluids，andthusimprovesmitocondrial function.Inthispaper，fromtheperspectiveofmitochondrialqualitycontrolimbalance，theintrinsicconnectionbetween mitochondrialfunctionandthetheoryof"mysteriousmansion-qiandfluidsisexploredindepth，soastoprovideamoresolid theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of KOA.
