修期管控措施在某型船首次二級修理的應(yīng)用

摘    要：近年來，修造企業(yè)競爭日趨激烈，船東對修造周期與質(zhì)量的要求持續(xù)提升。本文通過某型船首次二級修理實施案例，系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用修期管控措施，成功實現(xiàn)修理任務(wù)提前完成并達成降本增效目標，為同類型船舶修理管理提供可操作性經(jīng)驗。

Application of Repair Period Control Measures in the First

Secondary Repair of a Certain Type of Ship

Abstract： In recent years， competition in the ship repair industry has intensified， with shipowners continuously raising their demands for repair cycle time and quality. This study systematically applied repair period control measures through the implementation case of the first secondary repair on a certain type of ship， successfully completing the repair task ahead of schedule and achieving cost reduction and efficiency improvement goals， thereby providing actionable experience for the management of similar ship type repairs.

1     引言

隨著我國修造船事業(yè)不斷發(fā)展，船舶修理技術(shù)和管理水平不斷提升，修造企業(yè)競爭力越來越大[1]，以往寬松式修船模式已無法滿足新時代要求，通過推行修期管控，實現(xiàn)降本增效，以提升企業(yè)核心競爭力顯得尤為重要。（剩余3916字）
