企業(yè)電子文件在線歸檔創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐探索

摘  要：針對(duì)中石化面臨的檔案數(shù)據(jù)爆炸式增長(zhǎng)態(tài)勢(shì)，解析線下歸檔模式存在的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題，探討了運(yùn)用數(shù)字化技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)華北油氣分公司電子文件在線歸檔的創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐，提出了構(gòu)建數(shù)據(jù)資源池、前置內(nèi)嵌規(guī)范、可信性與安全性保障等方面的創(chuàng)新舉措，以此推進(jìn)企業(yè)檔案現(xiàn)代化管理進(jìn)程。

Abstract： In view of the explosive growth of archives data faced by Sinopec， this paper analyzes the practical problems existing in the offline archive mode， discusses the innovative practice of using digital technology to realize the online archive of electronic documents of North China Oil and Gas Branch， and proposes the construction of a data resource pool， pre-embedded innovation measures in the aspects of standardization， reliability and security， so as to promote the modernization management process of enterprise archives.

在華北油氣分公司檔案管理業(yè)務(wù)中，存在著包括四個(gè)省兩個(gè)行政區(qū)的多級(jí)單位管理與跨地域單位管理的要求，同時(shí)存在OA、EPBP、ERP、財(cái)務(wù)系統(tǒng)、科研系統(tǒng)等各業(yè)務(wù)信息系統(tǒng)。（剩余3683字）
