電氣類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)匹配新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)探索與實(shí)踐

——以包頭職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院為例

摘 要：本文在“雙碳”背景下，為滿(mǎn)足光伏新能源企業(yè)的大量人才空缺，提出“七個(gè)一”探索思路。并結(jié)合包頭職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院電氣類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)，實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)生、教師、企業(yè)三方融合，從而開(kāi)辟了校企合作的新路徑，提高了學(xué)生的專(zhuān)業(yè)技能和人文素質(zhì)。

Exploration and Practice of Matching Electrical Majors

with the New Energy Industry

Abstract：Based on the “Double Carbon”，the paper puts forward the idea of “seven one” to meet the large number of talent vacancies in photovoltaic new energy enterprises.Combining with the transformation and upgrading of electrical majors in Baotou Vocational & Technical College，the integration of students，teachers and enterprises is realized to open up a new path of school-enterprise cooperation，which improves students’ professional skills and humanistic quality.
