Abstract:Inorder topredictthequasi-staticpressureofinteralexplosioninaclosedenvironmentcomposedofaluminum containing active materialsand explosiverings,this paper summarizes the existingquasi-static presure calculation models for hydrogen,oxygen,and nitrogen explosivesconsideringpostignitioneffects,and proposes anoptimizationmethod forthe quasi-static pressure calculation modeapplicable to intermal explosion of aluminum containing compositecharges.After obtainingthe ideal maximum reaction heat using the Geisstheorem,this methoduses a parameter corrction related to the aluminum containing composite explosive itself.Taking Herzog as anexample,a specific prediction formula is provided. Then,composite charges of active materials and explosives,as wellas aluminum containing explosives,were tested for implosion.Typical overpresurecurves were provided,and the methodforobtainingquasi-static pressre inthetestsand related sources were explained.The experimental data was compared and analyzed with thequasi-static pressure results calculatedbytheestablishedoptimizationmodel,demonstratingthereliabilityofthemodified model.Atthesame time,the intermal explosion resultsoftwo types of explosives were compared,andthe calculation model was extended to general aluminum containing explosives.The acuracyofthe model wasverified using quasi-static pressure data from relevant literature,andthe reasons for errors and possible improvement methods were analyzed.The research results showthat the established quasi-static pressure coection model for post combustionof composite explosives is ingood agreement with experimental and literature data, with an average error of 9 . 1 % and a maximum error of 1 5 . 8 % ; The average error of the calculation results for aluminum containing explosives is 1 2 . 1 % ,with amaximum error of 2 0 . 6 %
