教師團(tuán)隊(duì)化教學(xué)模式在動物生產(chǎn)類實(shí)踐課程中的研究與實(shí)踐

摘要 教師團(tuán)隊(duì)化指導(dǎo)模式對動物生產(chǎn)類實(shí)踐課程的教學(xué)起著積極的促進(jìn)作用。梳理和總結(jié)了教師團(tuán)隊(duì)化教學(xué)模式的形成原因及特點(diǎn),從理論與實(shí)踐、課內(nèi)與課外、通識訓(xùn)練與專業(yè)技能、學(xué)校與企業(yè)的角度進(jìn)行研究和分析,組建形式多樣的教師團(tuán)隊(duì);進(jìn)一步深化動物生產(chǎn)類專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)體系的調(diào)整,構(gòu)建實(shí)踐教學(xué)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展生態(tài)。

Abstract The team-based guidance model of teachers plays a positive role in promoting the teaching of practical courses of animal production. This article sorts out and summarizes the reasons and characteristics of the formation of teachers’ team-based teaching mode, conducts research and analysis from the perspectives of theory and practice, in-class and out-of-class, general training and professional skills, schools and enterprises, and forms various forms of teacher teams;further deepens the adjustment of the training system for animal production professionals, and builds a sustainable development ecology for practical teaching.
