AbstractTo investigate the domestication effciency of feed Siniperca chuatsi in the domestication model of industrial circulating water,anearly-stage Siniperca chuatsi was conducted inarectangular training tankover52days. Growth performance indicators,includingsuvival rate of Siniperca chuatsi,were measured,and economic benefits were analyzed.Theresults showedthat after domesticationthefinal specificationoffeed Siniperca chuatsi was 43 individuals/kg, with a survival rate of 90.72% ,weight gain rate of 924.67% ,and feed conversion ratio of 1.O7. Economic benefits analysis revealed a net profit of 78 832 yuan, with an overall break-even survival rate exceeding 42.43% . In conclusion,this training model offers advantages suchas ashort cycle,simpleoperation,strong controllability,high survival rate,andsignificant economic benefits,makingit suitable for broader application in production.
