（1.Departmentoflice，AnuVocatioalCollgeofliceOficrs，Hefeio1，hna；2.irdProsectionDeparnti gxiDistrictleurate，ii；aolglUsity Abstract：To improve the comprehensive network managementsystem is the fundamental solution to the formationofagood network ecology.The participationof procuratorial organs inthe constructionof network comprehensive govermance system can notonly promote thedeep integrationof legal regulationand technical governance，but also promote the process of network ruleof law by performing their duties with highqualityand efficiency.At present，therapiddevelopmentofnetwork technologyhasled totherapid changeof network ecology，which brings more and moresocialrisks.Inthefaceof thedual pressureof technology iterationandriskevolution，howtoeffectively use new technologies in cyberspace，scientifically define the boundaries of network governance，deepen the performance of procuratorial functions，and optimizeand innovate governance means has become an urgent problem for procuratorial organs to participate in the construction of a comprehensive network governance system.Therefore，itisimportanttoadhere to theconceptof preventive，systematicand modest governance；carryoutkeyrectification for the high frequency of problems focusing on the network protection of special groups；deepen internal andexternalcoordinationbasedonthefour procuratorialfunctionsofcriminal，civil，administrativeandpublicinterest litigation；promote high-qualityand eficient performance toachieve digital empowerment relyingonnew technological meansand strengthen the publicityof theruleof law in the Internetenhancing theabilityof selfdisciplineandautonomy in the Internet.By providing high-qualityprosecutorial products and judicial guarantees， new momentum will be injected into the modernization of network comprehensive governance.
