Abstract：Comprehensivelystrengtheninglaboreducationintheneweraisaninevitablerequirementforbuildingahighqualityeducationsystem.Basedonthehistoricaltraditionanddevelopmentstrategylaboreducationinagriculturalcolegesnd universities hasauniquevalueconnotationfortheimplementationofthemissonof"cultivating peoplewithmoralcharacterand strengtheningagriculture".TheSchoolofEngineringofJiangxiAgriculturalUniversitygraspsthecharacteristicsofthe disciplines，coordinatespracticalresources，buildsapracticallaboreducationmodelwith"fourstages，threesupports，andwo integrations"asthemaincontent，andpromotesthedeepintegrationoflaboreducationintopracticaleducationandrunsthrough theentireprocesof talenttraining.Theconstructionofpracticallaboreducationeducationsysteminagriculturalcollgsand universities provides effctive reference and path for exploring labor education in the new era.
