Abstract:Comprehensivelystrengtheninglaboreducationintheneweraisaninevitablerequirementforbuildingahighqualityeducationsystem.Basedonthehistoricaltraditionanddevelopmentstrategylaboreducationinagriculturalcolegesnd universities hasauniquevalueconnotationfortheimplementationofthemissonof"cultivating peoplewithmoralcharacterand strengtheningagriculture".TheSchoolofEngineringofJiangxiAgriculturalUniversitygraspsthecharacteristicsofthe disciplines,coordinatespracticalresources,buildsapracticallaboreducationmodelwith"fourstages,threesupports,andwo integrations"asthemaincontent,andpromotesthedeepintegrationoflaboreducationintopracticaleducationandrunsthrough theentireprocesof talenttraining.Theconstructionofpracticallaboreducationeducationsysteminagriculturalcollgsand universities provides effctive reference and path for exploring labor education in the new era.
