鄉(xiāng)村振興背景下“雙創(chuàng)”人才發(fā)展策略探討

摘  要：為探討鄉(xiāng)村振興背景下“雙創(chuàng)”人才的發(fā)展策略，采用文獻(xiàn)分析法，研究當(dāng)前人才培養(yǎng)、引進(jìn)及留住機(jī)制的現(xiàn)狀與問(wèn)題。結(jié)果表明，完善人才培養(yǎng)體系、優(yōu)化創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境、加強(qiáng)政策支持和促進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)交流是實(shí)現(xiàn)鄉(xiāng)村人才振興的關(guān)鍵路徑，為推動(dòng)鄉(xiāng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供理論基礎(chǔ)。

Abstract： In order to explore the development strategies of "entrepreneurship and innovation" talents in the context of rural revitalization， the current situation and problems of the current talent training， introduction and retention mechanism were studied using literature analysis method. The results show that improving the talent training system， optimizing the entrepreneurial environment， strengthening policy support and promoting urban-rural exchanges are the key paths to realize the revitalization of rural talents and provide a theoretical basis for promoting the sustainable development of the rural economy.
