?江河流域綜合規(guī)劃對生態(tài)環(huán)境的影響及對策

摘要：?江河是岷江的二級支流，位于四川省大邑縣和邛崍市境內(nèi)。遵循“生態(tài)優(yōu)先、綠色發(fā)展”的理念，本文對?江河流域開展生態(tài)環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查，預(yù)測規(guī)劃實(shí)施對流域生態(tài)環(huán)境的影響并提出對策，從而協(xié)調(diào)流域水資源開發(fā)利用與生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)的關(guān)系，為規(guī)劃實(shí)施過程的環(huán)境管理提供依據(jù)。

Impact of Comprehensive Planning of Chujiang River Basin on Ecological Environment and Countermeasures

Abstract： The Chujiang River is a secondary tributary of the Minjiang River， located in Dayi County and Qionglai City， Sichuan Province. Following the concept of “ecological priority and green development”， this paper conducts a survey on the current ecological environment of the Chujiang River Basin， predicts the impact of planning implementation on the ecological environment of the basin， and proposes countermeasures to coordinate the relationship between water resource development and utilization and ecological environment protection in the basin， providing a basis for environmental management in the planning implementation process.
