Abstract： Under the guidance of national policies for the development of the new energy industry， the development potential of fishery and photovoltaic complementary projects is gradually emerging. This paper provides a detailed discussion from the perspective of developers on the inherent advantages of fishery and photovoltaic complementary projects， exploring the core work， business model， main risks faced during the development phase， and corresponding measures， so as to better implement fishery and photovoltaic complementary projects.
