新集中化模式下的IT運維發(fā)展思路探討

摘要：研究內(nèi)容為新集中化運維模式下，提供一種適應(yīng)新技術(shù)發(fā)展潮流的IT運維發(fā)展思路，解決傳統(tǒng)集中化IT運維面臨的困境。本項研究借鑒了云原生產(chǎn)品體系架構(gòu)和DevOps開發(fā)運維一體化的思路，實現(xiàn)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施管理和開發(fā)運維過程數(shù)字標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化，業(yè)務(wù)服務(wù)智能化，推動企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級。

Discussion on the Development of IT Operation and Maintenance under the New Centralized Mode

Abstract：  The research content of this paper is to provide an Information Technology （IT for short） operation and maintenance development idea to adapt to the development trend of new technology under the new centralized operation and maintenance mode， and solve the difficulties faced by the traditional centralized IT operation and maintenance. This research draws lessons from the cloud native product architecture and the idea of Devops development， operation and maintenance integration， so as to realize the digital standardization of infrastructure management， development， operation and maintenance process and the intelligence of business services， To promote enterprise transformation and upgrading.

0   引言

運維集中化已經(jīng)不是一個新鮮的詞，從ITIL引入中國開始，傳統(tǒng)離散的各自為戰(zhàn)的運維模式就受到了很大的沖擊，運維逐漸由小團(tuán)隊合作，向集中化的融合式團(tuán)隊發(fā)展，運維實現(xiàn)了簡單的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和統(tǒng)一管理，運維關(guān)注點不再是一個簡單的主機故障或者存儲故障，而是逐漸轉(zhuǎn)移到業(yè)務(wù)運營上來，如何讓系統(tǒng)變得更加穩(wěn)定，更加健壯，成為了后時代運維的目標(biāo)。（剩余3728字）
