常見PLC故障診斷與維修實(shí)例

摘要：PLC控制系統(tǒng)的硬件由電源模塊、I/O 模塊、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)輸入輸出元件，以及一些導(dǎo)線、接線端子和接線盒組成。長(zhǎng)期運(yùn)行的PLC由于環(huán)境惡劣、接地不良或者維護(hù)不徹底等原因會(huì)造成損壞。文章對(duì)常見PLC經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)的故障做簡(jiǎn)單分析介紹，希望對(duì)出現(xiàn)的故障能夠快速處理，在提高維修水平的同時(shí)提高生產(chǎn)效率。

Abstract： The hardware of PLC control system consists of power module， I / O module， field input and output components， as well as some wires， terminals and junction boxes. PLC in long-term operation will be damaged due to poor environment， poor grounding， incomplete maintenance and other reasons. The following is a brief analysis and introduction of common PLC faults， hoping to quickly deal with the faults and improve the production efficiency while improving the maintenance level.

1   研究背景

隨著PLC普及和推廣，其應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域越來越廣泛，與傳統(tǒng)的繼電器-交流接觸器控制系統(tǒng)相比，PLC控制系統(tǒng)具有更好的穩(wěn)定性，特別是在新建項(xiàng)目和設(shè)備改造中，常常采用PLC作為控制裝置，實(shí)現(xiàn)被控對(duì)象的工藝要求，提高生產(chǎn)效率和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。（剩余2473字）
