基于知識管理的化妝品現(xiàn)場檢查隱性知識顯性化探討

摘要：文中通過分析目前化妝品現(xiàn)場檢查知識管理的特點(diǎn)及難點(diǎn)，提出知識管理中隱性知識的重要性，探討其顯性化的主要方法，列舉顯性化過程中的典型案例，供知識管理機(jī)構(gòu)及化妝品檢查員參考。

Abstract： This article analyzes the characteristics and difficulties of knowledge management in on-site inspection of cosmetics， highlights the importance of tacit knowledge in knowledge management， explores the main methods for its externalization， and lists typical cases in the process of externalization for reference by knowledge management institutions and cosmetics inspectors.

隨著2021年《化妝品監(jiān)督管理?xiàng)l例》[1]（以下簡稱“《條例》”）的頒布，疫苗、藥品之后又一關(guān)系人體健康產(chǎn)品專門立法，凸顯了化妝品作為人體健康產(chǎn)品的重要地位，而我國化妝品檢查員的規(guī)范建設(shè)也是剛剛起步。（剩余5949字）
