摘要：文中通過對檢驗檢測機構(gòu)資質(zhì)認(rèn)定司法鑒定領(lǐng)域在實施資質(zhì)認(rèn)定過程中經(jīng)常碰到的一些問題如許可主體、許可范圍、報告模式、標(biāo)識使用等方面的探討以及相關(guān)文件的解讀，給資質(zhì)認(rèn)定部門與司法鑒定機構(gòu)提供相應(yīng)的參考。

A Brief Discussion on Several Problems in the Field of Judicial Expertise Related to the Qualification Accreditation of Inspection and Testing Institutions

Abstract：  This paper explores several issues frequently encountered in the process of implementing qualification accreditation for judicial expertise within the field of inspection and testing institutions， including the subject of license， the scope of license， the mode of report， the use of logo， as well as the interpretation of relevant documents， to provide the corresponding references for the qualification accreditation departments and judicial expertise institutions.
