AbstractObjective：Toexplorethepredictivevalueofampitude-integratedelectroencephalography（aEEG）scorescombnedwithserum growth-associatedprotei-43（GAP-43）andaquapori9QP9）forteprogosisofcutecerebalinfarctioACthods：Atotalf8 patientswithAClwereselectedastheAClgroup，andanother184healthyindividualswhouderwentphysicalexaminationswere selectedasthecontrolgroupAcordingtotheNatioalstitutesofHealthStrokeScale（NHS）scoreAClpatientswereassedinto mild group （n=73） ，moderategroup n=58） ，andseveregroup（ n=47 ）.Then，basedon themodifiedRankinScale（mRS） at3monthsafter ACl onset，patients were assigned into better prognosis group（ ?n=106 andpoor prognosis group [n=72] ）.Allsubjectsweremonitoredwith aEEG.Enzymelinkedimmunosorbentassay（ELISA）wasusedtomeasure thelvelsofGAP-43andAQP9.Bloodanalyzerwasused to measureevelsofwhiteloodcell（WBC），eutrophils （Neu）andlymphocytes（LYPearsonandSpearmanwereapliedtalyzete corelationbetweenaEEGsoresGAP-43andAQP9levelsutivariateLogisticregressonasusedtoanalyetheinfueningfacto of porprognosisinAClpatients.Receiveroperatingcharacterisic（ROC）wasapiedtoanalyzethediagnosticvalueofaEEGscore， GAP-43，and AQP9 forporprognosis inAClpatients.Results：TheaEEG score，GAP-43，andAQP9 levelsintheAClgroup were significantly higher than those in the control group（ P<0.05 ）.Thetime fromonset toadmission，maximumdiameter of the infarction lesion， WBC，aEEGsoreA-4ndAQP9levelsallincreasedwithdiseaseseverityndthelevelsinthepoorprognosisgroupere significantly higher than those in the better prognosis group（ P<0.05 ）.Thetime from onset toadmission，aEEG score，elevated levelsof GAP-43 and AQP9 were independent risk factors for poor prognosis in ACl patients（ P<0.05 ）.Therewasa positive correlation between the aEEG score and the levels of GAP-43 and AQP9 in patients with poor prognosis（all P<0.05 ）.Thearea under the ROC curve（AUC） of AEGscoreGAPand9loeinagosgporprgnsisinAClpatietss077nd14espectivelyeU of combined diagnosiswas O.948，whichwas better than their individual diagnoses（ P<0.001 ）.Conclusion：TheaEEG score，GAP-43，and AQP9increaseiththesverityofAClndteyreposivlyorelatdwihchtherTyreidependentfactorstioor prognosis，and the combination of poor prognosis suggests some value.
