AbstractObjectiveToexploretheresearchstatusandtrendofreumatoidarthiteasoiatedcardiovasulardiseasesRA-CVD）from theperspectiveofbibliometrics.Methods：TheliteratureoRA-CVDpublishedfrom2010to2022fromtheWebofScienceCoreColection database.hecharacteristicsofpublicationswereanalyzedandavisual knowledgegraphwasgeneratedusingVOSviewerCiteSpace softwaredircsaogbtiotrtiltdd Resuts：Atotalof22iteraturesrelatdtoVereincudedinlycetratedinorthmericauropndstiaA timepassed，thenumberof documentsshowedaincreasingtrend.TheUnited Stateswasthecountry withthegreatest numberof documents.The UniversityofManchesterandtheAnnalsoftheRheumaticDiseaseswererespectivelythemostactiveinstitutionsand jounals.ProfessorKitasGDpublishedthelargestnumberofliteraturesandciationsandwasthemostinfluentialauthorinthisfield. Keywordanalysisvealedyordustersiuingthetiogathoogrognsisomarkersndtreatmentspectsf， andangiography，thrombosis，drugtreatmentandsignalingpathwayswouldbecomethemainhotspotsanddirectionsforfuture development.Conclusion：ThisstdyconductsasystematicandcomprehensiveresearchofRA-CVbybibiometrc.Thisresult wil providingapracticalsourceforreseacherstounderstandthekeynfomationinthisfeldandidentiingpotentialfutureesearchfroties and hot directions.
