市售豬肉及豬副產(chǎn)品中全氟化合物污染情況分析及健康風險評估

Abstract： Objective：Toanalyze thecontaminationstatusof perfluorinatedcompounds （PFCs）inporkanditsby-products on the marketandtoassess thehealthriskassociated withconsumptionof them.Methods：Atotalof25PFCsin85samplesof 7 kinds were determined by liquid chromatography-tandem massspectrometry to explore their pollution characteristics and assesstheir potential healthrisksbasedonhazardratio（HR）.Results：PFCs were widelydetected inporkanditsby-products on the market at concentrations of 1.18%-55.29% .Perfluorobutyric acid，perfluorononanoic acid，and perfluorooctane sulfonic acid（PFOS）were the main pollutants.The main pollutant inpig liverwasPFOS，andits totalPFCcontent was the highest （43.14μg/kg） ）.Conclusion： A total of 13 PFCs were detected at low levels in the85 samples.The health risk assessment showed that they would not cause harm to the health of adults and children.
