Diversity and Niche Analysis of Weeds in Coffee Garden of Lincang

Abstract:Inorder toclarifythecharacteristicsoftheweedcommunitystructureinLincang cofeegardensand their relationship with environmental factors,thisstudyconducteda fixed-point investigationof weedspeciesand their communitycomposition indiferentcoffeeplantations inLincang in2O23.Byusing ecologicalnicheanalysis,thetypes, communitycomposition,andlifeforms,invasivenature,anddiversityof weeds inthemainproductionareasofdiferent coffeeplantationsinthisarea wereanalyzed.Theresultsshowed thattherewere75speciesofweedsin32families,64 genera,of which18 weredominantinCompositaceaeand13 weredominantin gramineae.TheErigeroncanadensis relative frequency was the highest.The weed community was divided into two groups.Chromolaena odorata,Cynodondactylon,
Bidens pilosa,Ageratum conyzoides,Erigeron canadensisandLeucaena leucocephala.All of them had strong adaptabilityand fertity,and mostof them have stolonsorrhizomes.Thesecond group included Arthraxonhispidus, Eleusineindica,Erigeron sumatrensis,Crassocephalumrubens,etc..These weeds hada wide living spaceand grow fast. Weed population structure was afected byannual mean precipitation,annual mean temperature,longitude,latitude and altitude.Thelargest niche width wasO.4012forChromolaenaodorata,follwed byO.3767for Bidens pilosa.Studies hadshown thattheformationofweedcommunitiesinLincangcoffeeplantations istheresultof thesynergistic ffctsof speciesecologicaladaptability,reproductivestrategiesand environmental factors.Dominantweedsachievedspatial resource monopolythroughthe expansionof ecological niche width.It was suggested thatbasedonthelawof ecological nichediferentiation,acomprehensiveweed managementsystem withecological nicheregulationas thecorebe constructed to provide a theoretical basis for the sustainable development of the coffee garden ecosystem.
