AbstractThelaunchof Sora，alargemodelof artificial intelligence video，isalandmark eventinthedevelopmentof humansocietyandtheprogressofartificial intelligence.Itembodiesthepowerfulfunctionof generativeAIbasedonthe developmentof large model，and hasobvious enabling efectand potential advantages for theconstructionof smartlibrary. Itcan generatetextinformationintodynamic videocontent，and improvetheinteligentanddigitalservice levelof library through visual contentsuply，inteligentresourceretrievaland personalized service supply.However，theconstruction of Sora-enabled smartlibraryhaspotential data securityrisks，algorithm discriminationrisks，ideological risks and technological ethicsrisks.It is necessarytodo real workonimproving technologydesign andresearchand development， strengthening algorithm ethics design and supervision，strictly reviewing and generating video content，and adhering to the humanisticlogicof technological development.Onlyinthiswaycan weefectivelyavoid various potentialrisksunderthe Sora-enabled logic andrealize the eficientdevelopment of smart librariesandthe intelligent upgrading ofservice models.
