Construction and Evaluation of the “ChatGPT + Smart Library" Indicator System

Abstract In order to build an evaluation index system for the construction of“ChatGPT + Smart library” and promote the coupling of emerging technologies and smart libraries，this paper carres out the practice of measuring the inteligent level of smart libraries，establishes a comprehensive evaluation system，studies the use of AHP to determine the weight baseof allindicators，and objectivelyassigns weights to primary and secondary indicators based on the ChatGPT model.Atthe same time，the weight of the secondary index is determined by questionnaire survey to ensure the professional，authoritativeand scientific evaluation index.Finally，an index system consisting of 4 dimension indexes，12 primary indexes and 36 secondary indexes is formed.It providesa comprehensive evaluation basis for the construction of smart libraries，makes up for the lack of evaluation system in existing studies，and proposes the construction opinions of “ChatGPT + smart library”from the perspective of evaluation，so as to promote the integration and development of smart libraries with new technologies，new equipment and new systems.
