Abstract：Developingnewquaityproductivityandehancingtheefciencyofagriculturalresourceutilizationareofrucialiprtance forpromotingthehigh-qualitydevelopmentofagriculture.Withtheaccelerationofurbanizationin China，theprotectedvegetable industryasaniportantmeanstoimprovevegetableyieldandqualityasdraicrasingtetionitesofteevaatioofits resourceutilizationeficiencyInrecentyears，Shanghaihasbeenvigorouslypromotingthedevelopmentoftheprotectedegetable industryandcontinuouslyacelerating theconstructionof modern protectedvegetable bases.This paper focuses onPudong NewArea， whichisatioaladingareafomodfacilityagicltureiovaton.Itcomprehensivelyaalyzstheesoueutilatiociey of protectedvegetablesbyusingthedataenvelopmentanalysis （DEA）andgreyrelationalanalysis （GRA）methods.Thestudyfindsthat amongthe56validdecision-makingunits，27arerelativelyDEAfcent，ile29avefcieyprobles.Intermsofpuretical effcienyti; decision-makingitsareefet.urthanalissostataleefiecyistaactorfetigtecialcydoe ineffcientdecisio-makingunitsaveoomforimprovementinesourceallatio，anagement，andtechologyapcatioogh thegreyrelatioalaalysistonktheefcientecisio-makingunits，itisfoundthatteapbetweeneachefcientunitandeideal unitismallandteesoureuilationsiationiselativelygoodAttheseie，theimprovementaalysisofteiet decision-makingunitsclarifiestheadjustmentdirectionsoftheinputandoutputindicatorsofeachunit.Basedontheaboveresearch results，thispaerproposessuggestiosschsoderatescaleoeratioatachngimportancetoteioatioandaioof protectedegetableteclogyevelopigegetableprocesingeterpises，andpromotingrandbuldngTisstudyotolychs theresearchcasesontheresourceutilzationeffciencyofaciltyagriculturallandbutalsoprovidestargetedrefereceopinosforthe developmentoftheprotectedvegetable industryinPudongNewAeaandotherleadingareas formoderfacilityagricultureinovation. Ithas theoreticalandpracticalsignificanceforthe developmentofnewqualityproductivityinthefeldoffacilityagriculture.
