【摘要】現(xiàn)行的JJG 856—2015《工作用輻射溫度計(jì)》檢定規(guī)程規(guī)定了可以采用具有亮度溫度校準(zhǔn)結(jié)果的參考黑體輻射源作為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)檢定工作用輻射溫度計(jì)。這種方法操作簡(jiǎn)單、便利,常用于日常工作中,但對(duì)于不確定度的評(píng)定,該規(guī)程并沒有給出范例。本文給出了檢定工作用輻射溫度計(jì)的不確定度評(píng)定方法。

Abstract: The current JJG 856—2015 Radiation Thermometers verification regulation specifies that a reference blackbody radiation source with a calibrated brightness temperature can be used as a standard to verify radiation thermometers for working purposes. This method is simple and convenient, which is often used in daily work. However, the regulation does not provide an example for the evaluation of uncertainty. This paper presents a method for evaluating the uncertainty of the verification of radiation thermometers for working purposes.
