浙江省畜牧獸醫(yī)團體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和對策研究

【摘要】團體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作為國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的補充，是我國新型標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化體系的重要組成部分。本文以浙江省畜牧獸醫(yī)團體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為研究對象，通過梳理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)發(fā)布團體、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)類別、發(fā)布年份、起草單位等各方面情況，分析了當(dāng)前浙江省畜牧獸醫(yī)團體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，研究了存在的問題，并提出了相應(yīng)的對策建議。

Research on the Development Status and Countermeasures of Association Standards for Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine in Zhejiang Province

Abstract： As the supplement to national standards， industry standards and local standards， association standards are important part of China’s new standardization system. Basing on association standards for animal science and veterinary medicine in Zhejiang Province， this paper analyzed the development status by sorting out various aspects such as standard issuing groups， standard types， issuing year， and drafting units， and studied the existing problems while putting forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.

團體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作為國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的補充，于2018年被明確了法律地位[1]，是我國新型標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化體系的重要組成部分[2]，具有優(yōu)化標(biāo)準(zhǔn)供給結(jié)構(gòu)，激發(fā)市場主體活力，助推產(chǎn)業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的作用。（剩余6051字）
