電動(dòng)工具綜合檢測(cè)實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)的研發(fā)
【摘要】為了進(jìn)一步提升檢測(cè)效率,有效地分析檢測(cè)結(jié)果,并實(shí)現(xiàn)檢測(cè)過(guò)程的可視化,本文介紹了一種用于電動(dòng)工具檢測(cè)用的多功能檢測(cè)實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)。該實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)的研發(fā)涵蓋了設(shè)計(jì)、選型、繪圖、線路連接、編程、界面組態(tài)、調(diào)試、組裝等多個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),通過(guò)可編程控制器的程序開(kāi)發(fā)及上位機(jī)組態(tài)軟件,實(shí)現(xiàn)了實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)的智能控制。

Development of a Comprehensive Testing Experimental Platform for Electric Tools

Abstract: To further improve detection efficiency, effectively analyze calibration results, and achieve visualization of the detection process, this article introduces a multifunctional detection experimental platform for electric tool testing. The development of this experimental platform covers multiple stages such as design, selection, drawing, circuit connection, programming, interface configuration, debugging, assembly, etc. Through the development of programmable controllers and upper computer configuration software, intelligent control of the experimental platform has been achieved.
