人工增雨對(duì)局部氣候影響的思考

摘要 隨著人工增雨技術(shù)廣泛應(yīng)用，會(huì)出現(xiàn)一些不可避免的問(wèn)題。主要針對(duì)我國(guó)北方部分地區(qū)，尤其是干旱少雨的西北、華北等地區(qū)，通過(guò)分析人工增雨對(duì)區(qū)域降水的影響，探討人工干預(yù)可能帶來(lái)的生態(tài)效應(yīng)，為進(jìn)一步開(kāi)展人工增雨技術(shù)試驗(yàn)提供依據(jù)，同時(shí)為相關(guān)決策部門合理制定防災(zāi)抗旱措施、提高應(yīng)對(duì)極端天氣的能力提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。

Reflection on the Impact of Artificial Rainfall Enhancement on Local Climate

Abstract With the widespread application of artificial precipitation enhancement technology and the improvement of technology， some inevitable problems will arise. Mainly targeting some regions in northern China， especially the arid northwest and northern China， analyzed the impact of artificial precipitation on regional precipitation， explored the potential ecological effects of artificial intervention， and provided a basis for further conducting artificial precipitation technology experiments. At the same time， it provided scientific basis for relevant decision-making departments to formulate reasonable disaster prevention and drought resistance measures and improve their ability to cope with extreme weather.
