農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的加工與貯藏技術(shù)研究

摘要 隨著人們對于農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的要求不斷提高，開展農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工與貯藏相關(guān)工作，有效維持農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的鮮活度，已成為相關(guān)人員研究的熱點(diǎn)課題。闡述了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工與貯藏的價值，探究了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工與貯藏的方法、相關(guān)技術(shù)，提出了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工與貯藏進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的相關(guān)建議。

Abstract With the increasing demand for agricultural products， carrying out agricultural product processing and storage related work to effectively maintain the freshness of agricultural products has become a hot research topic for relevant personnel. This paper expounded the value of agricultural products processing and storage， explored the methods and related technologies of agricultural products processing and storage， and put forward some suggestions on the further development of agricultural products processing and storage.
