昆蟲病原線蟲培養(yǎng)及應(yīng)用

摘要 應(yīng)用查閱文獻(xiàn)、分類與總結(jié)的方式，從昆蟲病原線蟲的生活史、發(fā)病機制、培養(yǎng)方法、實際應(yīng)用等4個方面，對昆蟲病原線蟲近十多年的科研報道做出了概括，旨在為昆蟲病原線蟲的日后開發(fā)及利用提供理論基礎(chǔ)。

Cultivation and Application of Insect Pathogenic Nem-atodes

Abstract Summarized the scientific research reports of entomopathogenic nematodes in the past ten years from the four aspects of life history， pathogenesis， cultivation methods and practical application of entomopathogenic nematodes by means of literature review and classification. The purpose is to provide a theoretical basis for the future development and utilization of entomopathogenic nematodes.

昆蟲性病原線蟲（Entomopathog-enic nematodes，簡稱EPNs）隸屬于線蟲門（Nematoda）、尾感器綱（Seceme-ntea）、小桿目（Rhabditida），是指一類專性寄生昆蟲的致病性線蟲，包含斯氏線蟲科Steinernematidae的斯氏線蟲屬Steinernema與新斯氏線蟲Neosteinernema線蟲和異小桿線蟲科Heterorhabditidae的異小桿線蟲屬Heterorhabditis線蟲[1]。（剩余6391字）
