永嘉縣氣象災害防御應急機制建設研究

摘要 深刻汲取鄭州7·20特大暴雨災害經(jīng)驗教訓，以案為鑒，結合永嘉實際，調(diào)研走訪4個部門3個鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)（街道）對氣象服務的需求，從氣象災害防御體制建設、氣象業(yè)務流程重塑、數(shù)字化改革發(fā)展服務等方面觸發(fā)，不斷提升本地化氣象災害防御應急能力，致力于實現(xiàn)永嘉氣象事業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。

Study on the Construction of Meteorological Disaster Prevention and Emergency Mechanism in Yongjia County

Abstract Deeply learning from the experience and lessons of Zhengzhou’s 7·20 torrential rain disaster， taking the case as a reference， and combining with Yongjia’s reality， investigated and visited the meteorological service needs of four departments and three townships （streets）， triggered by the construction of the meteorological disaster prevention system， the reconstruction of the meteorological business process， the digital reform and development of services， and constantly improved the local meteorological disaster prevention and emergency response capacity， so as to achieve the high-quality development of Yongjia’s meteorological cause.

1 鄭州7·20特大暴雨氣象服務啟示

2021年7月17—23日，河南省遭遇歷史罕見特大暴雨，發(fā)生嚴重洪澇災害，尤其是7月20日鄭州市遭受重大人員傷亡和財產(chǎn)損失[1]。（剩余5828字）
