校企合作背景下網(wǎng)絡(luò)類課程建設(shè)研究與實踐

——以“新兵訓(xùn)練營之企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)計與管理”為例

摘要：通過校企合作共建課程，基于企業(yè)崗位需求定制課程內(nèi)容，將企業(yè)實際案例引入教學(xué)中，由企業(yè)教師指導(dǎo)學(xué)生以項目組的形式通過模擬實際網(wǎng)絡(luò)工程的實施過程開展教學(xué)，結(jié)合工學(xué)交替、線上線下混合式的教學(xué)模式，有效提升學(xué)生的實踐能力和技能水平，進而提高學(xué)生的就業(yè)競爭力。

Abstract：Through school-enterprise cooperation to jointly build courses，customize the course content based on the job requirements of enterprises，introduce the actual cases of enterprises into the teaching，and the enterprise teachers guide the students to carry out teaching in the form of project team by simulating the implementation process of actual network engineering，and effectively improve the students' practical ability and skill level in combination with the work study alternation and online and offline mixed teaching mode，Then improve the employment competitiveness of students.
