摘  要:該研究為證明六西格瑪是分析、解決項目管理中提高準(zhǔn)時完成率的有效方法。該文基于六西格瑪方法,在管理應(yīng)用實(shí)踐方面,對某項目審簽單審查周期進(jìn)行分析,通過找到實(shí)際工作中影響審查周期的關(guān)鍵因素,制定針對性改進(jìn)措施。改進(jìn)后,審查周期降低,審查準(zhǔn)時完成率得到明顯提升。

Abstract: This study proves that Six Sigma is an effective method to improve on-time completion rate in analyzing and solving project management. Based on the Six Sigma method, this paper analyzes the review cycle of a project in terms of management application practice, and formulates targeted improvement measures by finding the key factors that affect the review cycle in the actual work. After the improvement, the review cycle is reduced, and the on-time completion rate of the review is significantly improved.
