上海地區(qū)施工勘察在樁基設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化中的應(yīng)用
——以浦東新區(qū)某技術(shù)研發(fā)大樓項(xiàng)目為例

摘 要:以浦東新區(qū)某技術(shù)研發(fā)大樓工程勘察為例,結(jié)合該擬建建筑場(chǎng)地特殊地質(zhì)條件和建筑物的構(gòu)造,對(duì)擬建場(chǎng)地復(fù)雜地質(zhì)條件進(jìn)行的巖土工程勘察手段及勘察成果進(jìn)行分析,介紹施工勘察對(duì)樁基施工時(shí)遇到的問(wèn)題及優(yōu)化處理方法。本工程施工勘察及樁基設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化方法對(duì)該地區(qū)類(lèi)似項(xiàng)目具有寶貴的借鑒意義。

Abstract: Taking the engineering investigation of a technology research and development building in Pudong New Area as an example, based on the special geological conditions of the proposed building site and the structure of the building, the geotechnical engineering investigation methods and results of the complex geological conditions of the proposed site are analyzed. The problems encountered in the construction of pile foundation in construction investigation and the optimal treatment methods are introduced. The construction investigation and pile foundation design optimization method of this project have valuable reference significance for similar projects in this area.
