建筑工程施工技術(shù)及其現(xiàn)場施工管理探析

摘  要：新時期下，建筑規(guī)模、數(shù)量正隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)、科技的飛速發(fā)展而持續(xù)增加，相應(yīng)的，對施工技術(shù)的選擇和應(yīng)用也提出更高要求。文章主要圍繞房屋建筑展開探討，首先闡述房屋建筑工程中重要施工技術(shù)的應(yīng)用，繼而分析施工管理存在的問題，最后提出有效的解決方案，以期為建筑行業(yè)的良性發(fā)展提供借鑒。

Abstract： In the new era， the scale and quantity of buildings are increasing continuously with the rapid development of economy， science and technology. Accordingly， higher requirements are posed for the selection and application of construction technology. This paper mainly discusses the housing construction， first expounds the application of the important construction technology in the housing construction project， then analyzes the problems existing in the construction management， and finally puts forward the effective solution， in order to provide reference for the benign development of the construction industry.
