Abstract  Objective：To construct the systematic nursing scheme for patients with acute heart failure complicated with delirium，in order to provide guidance for clinical nursing of patients with acute heart failure complicated with delirium.Methods：The systematic nursing scheme for patients with acute heart failure complicated with delirium was finally formed through literature review，semi?structured interview and expert correspondence.Results：The recovery rates of the two rounds of correspondence questionnaires were 100%，expert authority coefficients were 0.821 and 0.880，and Kendall's W were 0.227 and 0.270，respectively（all P<0.001）.The systematic nursing scheme for patients with acute heart failure complicated with delirium included 8 aspects and 31 items.Conclusion：The systematic nursing scheme for patients with acute heart failure complicated with delirium had comprehensive coverage and specific nursing measures，which help to provide comprehensive and systematic nursing intervention measures for clinical care of patients with acute heart failure complicated with delirium.
