作為正常光對(duì)照CK1,新疆農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)日光溫室的弱光環(huán)境 <img src="/qkimages/ccav/ccav202506/ccav20250616-2-l.jpg" with="148px" style="vertical-align: middle;"> 作為弱光對(duì)照CK2。待苗齡7d子葉展開后,對(duì)葉面噴施不同濃度 (ρ ,后同)的6-BA溶液 (40,60,80mg?L<sup>-1</sup>) ,分析在弱光環(huán)境下不同濃度處理對(duì)黃瓜幼苗生長(zhǎng)指標(biāo)、壯苗指數(shù)及光合指標(biāo)的影響。結(jié)果表明,2個(gè)品種的黃瓜在生長(zhǎng)指標(biāo)與光合特性方面基本表現(xiàn)一致。與弱光對(duì)照相比,噴施不同濃度6-BA可抑制株高增加,對(duì)莖粗、根長(zhǎng)、地上部干鮮質(zhì)量、根部鮮質(zhì)量、壯苗指數(shù)均有提升,噴施 80mg?L<sup>-1</sup> 的6-BA處理均可以增高2個(gè)品種黃瓜幼苗的葉綠素相對(duì)含量、光合氣體交換參數(shù)以及葉綠素?zé)晒鈪?shù),瑞祥密刺和津順A4幼苗的壯苗指數(shù)分別顯著提高 13.79% 和 80.77% ,凈光合速率分別顯著提高 65.92% 和 19.65% 。經(jīng)過(guò)隸屬函數(shù)綜合分析, 80mg?L<sup>-1</sup>6 -BA對(duì)弱光環(huán)境下黃瓜幼苗徒長(zhǎng)的緩解效果最佳。-龍?jiān)雌诳W(wǎng)" />

Effects of 6-BA on the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of two cultivars of cucumber seedlings under low light environment

Abstract:To mitigate theeffectsof low-light stress on vegetable seedlings inspring production,the cucumber light-sensitive varietyRuixiangmiciandthelow-light-tolerantvarietyJinshunA4wereusedastestmaterials,andsetup normal li ght(500μmol?m-2?s-1) in the light incubator as the normal light control CK1,and the low light environment (204 (80–100μmol?m-2?s-1) in the daylight chamber of Xinjiang Agricultural University as the low light control CK2.After the cotyledons unfolded at7 dof seedling age,different concentrations of 6-BA solution(40,60, 80mg?L?i? weresprayed on thefoliagetoanalyze theeffctsofdifferenttreatmentsoncucumberseedlinggrowth,seedlinggrowth index,andphoto synthesis indexes under low-light environment.Theresults showed that the two varieties ofcucumber showed the same performance in growth indexes and photosyntheticcharacteristics.Compared with the low-lightcontrol,sprayingdiferentconcentrationsof6-BAinhibitedplantheightelongation,increasedstemthicknes,maximumleafarea,rootlength, abovegrounddryandfreshmas,rootdrandfreshmass,andseedlingindex,andincreasedtherelativecontentofchloopyll, photosynthetic gas exchangeparameters,andchlorophyllfluorescence parameters,among which,Ruixiangmici andJinshun A4 treated with 80mg?L-1 6-BAwere more effective in the growth indexes.Ruixiangmici and Jinshun A4 seedlings sprayed with 80mg?L-16 -BA increased significantly the strong seedling index by 13.79% and 80.77% ,and the net photosynthetic rate by 65.92% and 19.65% ,respectively.After the comprehensive analysis of the afiliation function,the concentration of 80mg?L-1 of 6-BA had the best effect on the mitigation of cucumber seedling growth under low light environment.
