摘 要 本文介紹了復(fù)合材料壓力容器的研究進(jìn)展,分析了影響壓力容器設(shè)計(jì)的主要參數(shù),根據(jù)網(wǎng)格理論,結(jié)合纏繞角和鋪層順序的優(yōu)化,設(shè)計(jì)制備了國(guó)產(chǎn)碳纖維復(fù)合材料壓力容器。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,壓力容器設(shè)計(jì)滿足技術(shù)要求,國(guó)產(chǎn)碳纖維在CFRP壓力容器上的應(yīng)用是可行的。

Composite Pressure Vessel

ABSTRACT In this paper, the research progress of composite pressure vessel is introduced, and the main parameters affecting the design of pressure vessel are analyzed. According to the grid theory, combined with the optimization of winding angle and lamination order, a domestic carbon fiber composite pressure vessel is designed and manufactured. The test results show that the design of pressure vessel meets the technical requirements and the application of domestic carbon fiber in CFRP pressure vessel is feasible.
