Abstract：Asaliteraryscholar，WangGuowei iswidelyknownforhisworkssuchasCommentson"Dreamof the Red Chamber"，PoeticRemarks in theHuman World，and Studieson Songand Yuan Drama.This paper focuses on his textual researchachievements in thestudiesof ciandqu poetry，aswellas his later philological works related to poetics in classical and historical research.These three areas collectively encompassthe three major directionsof 2Othcentury poetic textualresearch：documentcolation，historical factverification，and lexical analysis.Theynotonly opened up numerous research fields for later scholars butalso provided methodological insights through their investigative approaches.
