Abstract:TomeetthedemandsofculturaldevelopmentinHainanFreeTradePort,enhancethestatusofuniqueandexcellent localculture,andexpandefetiechannelsforiheritiganddisseminatinglocalexcelentcultureinHainan,tisstudyploysr searchmethodssuchasliteraturereviewxpertintervies,ndlgicalaalysistoanalyethpracticalchalengesandoiio pathsforintegratinglcalexcellntcultureintopublicEnglishteachingTeudyidentifisseveralpracticalchalenges:insufint awarenessofumanstcducatioconcpts,inadeqateosuluralommuicatioskilsuevenlvelsofintegratioofloalecellntculturalconnotations,andvryingevelsoftraditionalculturalliteracyamongteachers.Basedonthesfndings,thesudypro posesestablishingcorrectteachingconceptsforexcellenttraditionalChineseculture,innovatingdiversfiedteachingmethodsand means,strengthningteitegrationofcalecelntcultureitosholbasedculumdevelopent,ehaingtacesees of traditinalculturaliteracyandexploringevaluationmethodsforintegratinglocalexcellntcultureintopublicEnglishtaching.
