1 研究背景
目前,移動(dòng)、聯(lián)通、電信三大運(yùn)營(yíng)商的移網(wǎng)手機(jī)用戶數(shù)達(dá)16.4億戶,而國(guó)內(nèi)人口數(shù)量為14.12億,移動(dòng)電話的普及率達(dá)到115.9%。(剩余3007字)
