摘要：依據(jù)獨(dú)立自主的企業(yè)文化，明確安全管理理念，規(guī)劃出全面趨于完成的IT工業(yè)架構(gòu)體系，保證以安全體系統(tǒng)管安全，注重體系+流程雙效發(fā)展，實(shí)現(xiàn)安全文化、人員職責(zé)、制度規(guī)章、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)督查等方面安全措施的有效制定與實(shí)施，最終形成零事故的安全穩(wěn)定的信息化環(huán)境。

Overview of the Construction of an Internet Fully Connected Factory Security Autonomous and Controllable Platform

Abstract： Based on the independent corporate culture， the concept of security management is clarified， and the IT industry architecture system that tends to be completed in an all-round way is planned to ensure the unified management of security by the security system， pay attention to the double effect development of system+process， form the effective formulation and implementation of security measures in terms of security culture， personnel responsibilities， rules and regulations， risk supervision， and ultimately achieve a safe and stable information environment with zero accidents .

1  研究背景

本文項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的企業(yè)背景：一個(gè)集中藥研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、銷售為一體的大型中藥企業(yè)，建有多個(gè)國(guó)家級(jí)科研平臺(tái)；作為國(guó)家技術(shù)創(chuàng)新示范企業(yè)、國(guó)家創(chuàng)新型試點(diǎn)企業(yè)、重要制造過(guò)程新技術(shù)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室等，承擔(dān)過(guò)藥物研發(fā)科技項(xiàng)目50余項(xiàng)[1]。（剩余3609字）
