一種改性地質(zhì)聚合膠凝料制備及軟土加固應(yīng)用測試

摘 要:為更好對(duì)軟土地基進(jìn)行加固,提出一種以粉煤灰、礦渣等為主的地質(zhì)聚合物材料,研究了地質(zhì)聚合物對(duì)軟土的加固機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明;當(dāng)?shù)刭|(zhì)聚合物最優(yōu)配比在礦渣與粉煤灰之比為9∶1、水灰之比為0.6、堿性激發(fā)劑與鋁硅原材料的質(zhì)量之比為0.15和堿性激發(fā)劑濃度為4.64 mol/L時(shí),地質(zhì)聚合物對(duì)軟土的加固的效果最好,加固后軟土7 d抗壓強(qiáng)度達(dá)到1.0 MPa;說明摻入地質(zhì)聚合物后,軟土內(nèi)部生成大量網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu)的水化硅鋁酸鈣膠凝體和條型形式的水化鋁酸鈣膠凝體對(duì)加固軟土的無側(cè)限抗壓強(qiáng)度有增強(qiáng)作用

Preparation of geopolymer materials and its application in structural reinforcement engineering

Abstract:In order to better strengthen the soft soil foundation,a geopolymer material mainly composed of fly ash and slag is proposed,and the reinforcement mechanism of geopolymer to soft soil is studied.The results show that the optimum ratio of geopolymer is:the ratio of slag to fly ash is 9∶1 and the water cement ratio is 0.6.When the mass ratio of alkaline activator to aluminum silicon raw material is 0.15 and the molar concentration of alkaline activator is 4.64 mol/L,the effect of geopolymer on the reinforcement of soft soil is the best.After reinforcement,the compressive strength of soft soil reaches 1.0 MPa in 7 days.It is concluded that the addition of geopolymer can enhance the unconfined compressive strength of soft soil,which is enhanced by the formation of a large number of network Calcium aluminosilicate and strip-shaped calcium aluminate cements

地質(zhì)聚合物是一種廉價(jià)又環(huán)保的現(xiàn)代土壤固化劑,是通過堿性激發(fā)劑對(duì)工業(yè)固體廢棄物進(jìn)行激發(fā),使其可在加固的土壤內(nèi)部形成結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定的膠凝材料,進(jìn)而對(duì)軟土進(jìn)行有效固化。(剩余4351字)
