Experimental Studyon Wear Measurement of High ConsistencyRefiner Plate Based on Resistance Method

Abstract:Amethodwasproposedforolinemeasurementofgridingplatewearusingawearod.IndirectdetectionofmicrowearofdiferentwearrodmaterialssuchsQ2arbstel,Calstel,HSspedsteel,andgroealloysteet using the resistance method,and the relationship between voltage( U )and wear amount( X )under different materials and shapes of high chrome alloy steel was explored. The effect of current on the U-X curve was also investigated,and a quadratic regresson model was established to describe the relationship between U and X . The results showed that under a given current, the U X curves of the four materials and diferentshapesofoealystleidaoveallicreasingtredAstheaireass,geofsquareadclidical high chrome alloy steel increased uniformly and significantly.The current basicallydid not affct the U-X curvevariation trend of square and cylindricalighoeallstee.TeperfoaceiicatorsSEadMAEfopredictingtearofclidricalgholel were 0.005 68 and 0.004 66,respectively.
