ABSTRACTOBJECTIVEToevaluatetheoperation efectof the drug complaintsandreporting system in China，and put forwardthesuggestionsforimprovingthedrugsupervisionsystemandenhancingthenationaldrugscientificsupervisioncapacity. METHODSThestatiticaldataofdrugsupervisionfrom2O12to2023andthecomplaintdataof various provincesand7thirdpartyplatformsofdrugonlinesalesfromNational12315ConsumerComplaintInformationDisclosure Platformfrom2023to 2024 werecolleted.Theoperationeffctofdrugcomplaintsandreportingsystemwasanalyzedfromthedimensionsof public participation，publicsatisfaction，casehandingeficiencyandquality，socialefectandriskearlyarningability.RESUFrom 2012 to 2019，theacceptanceofdrugcomplaintsandreporting fluctuated greatly，andthenumberofdrugcomplaintsandreporting cases showedadownward trendasawhole，butthepublicsatisfactionwas highandtheclosureratecontinuedtoincrease.From 2023to 2024，thetopfive provinces intermsofthenumberof drug complaints wereGuangdong，Henan，Zhejang，Shandongand Shanghai.Drugcomplaintsintheonlineplatformmainly involvedChineseandWesternmedicines，traditional Chinesemedicines andChineseherbal medicinessoldonthenetwork platformsofPinduoduo，Jingdongand Taobao．Thecomplaints focusedon qualityandafter-salesservice，andthereweresignificantdiferencesintheproportionofmediationagreementsindrugcomplaint cases.From2O21to2024，thedrugregulatoryauthoritiesinvestigatedanddealtwith11typicalcasesofonlinesalesviolations through complaint andreporting clues.CONCLUSIONS The drug complaints andreporting system in China runs smothly.Itis sugestedtofurtherusethedataofNational12315ConsumerComplaint InformationDisclosurePlatformtostrengthenthe monitoring of key areas and network platforms，and urge enterprises to implement the main responsibility，so as to improve the quality and safety of drugs and ensure the safety of public medication.
