關(guān)于總價(jià)合同結(jié)算管理的探討

【摘要】本文從總價(jià)合同的概念、類型分析出發(fā)，剖析結(jié)算環(huán)節(jié)可能出現(xiàn)的結(jié)算爭(zhēng)議及避免爭(zhēng)議的一些管理機(jī)制和措施，得出切實(shí)可行的結(jié)算審核原則，希望可以為有關(guān)學(xué)者提供參考。

Discussion on settlement management of total price contract

Abstract： starting from the analysis of the concept and type of total price contract， this paper analyzes the possible settlement disputes in the settlement link and some management mechanisms and measures to avoid disputes， and obtains practical settlement audit principles， hoping to provide reference for relevant scholars.
