七葉皂苷鈉的藥理作用及臨床藥物聯(lián)用

[摘要]七葉皂苷鈉作為一種天然的植物藥，具有抗炎、抗水腫、抗?jié)B出、抗自由基、抗分泌、調(diào)節(jié)血脂、降血糖、保護(hù)神經(jīng)和抗腫瘤等諸多藥理作用。此外，七葉皂苷鈉與其他藥物聯(lián)合使用時，在臨床應(yīng)用方面具有較好的療效。本文對國內(nèi)外七葉皂苷鈉藥理作用以及藥物藥效學(xué)相互作用進(jìn)行綜述。

[Abstract] As a natural plant medicine， sodium aescinate has many pharmacological effects， such as anti- inflammatory，anti-edema， anti-exudation， anti-free radical， anti-secretion， regulating blood lipid， lowering blood glucose， protecting nerve and anti-tumor. In addition， sodium aescinate has good efficacy in clinical application when used in combination with other drugs. In this paper， the pharmacological effects and drug interactions of sodium aescinate at home and abroad are reviewed.
