“四個(gè)走在全國(guó)前列”背景下智慧型社區(qū)治理模式面臨問(wèn)題及對(duì)策

摘 要：在信息化背景下，智慧社區(qū)建設(shè)逐漸成為社區(qū)治理的重要模式。智慧社區(qū)建設(shè)存在著智慧型社區(qū)的制度機(jī)制欠完善，智慧社區(qū)主體建設(shè)不均衡，智慧社區(qū)硬軟件建設(shè)不足等問(wèn)題。未來(lái)需要從優(yōu)化智慧社區(qū)的制度、機(jī)制建設(shè)，多維完善智慧社區(qū)主體建設(shè)，加強(qiáng)和完善智慧社區(qū)的軟件和硬件建設(shè)等方面化解社區(qū)治理面臨的問(wèn)題。

The Problems and Countermeasures of Smart Community Governance Model Under

the Background of “Four Leading Enterprises in the Country”

Abstract：In the context of informatization， the construction of smart communities has gradually become an important mode of community governance. There are problems in the construction of smart communities， such as incomplete system and mechanism of smart community， uneven construction of smart community entities， and the lack of hardware and software development. In the future， it is necessary to to solve the problems facing community governance from the aspects of optimizing the system and mechanism construction of smart community， improving the main body construction of smart community， and strengthening and improving the software and hardware construction of smart community.
